人血白蛋白的热处理工艺-Cohn's F-IV沉淀中白蛋白的回收

摘要(Abstract)：
采用热处理为主的工艺流程回收纯化Cohn’sF－IV沉淀中的白蛋白。回收的白蛋白呈淡黄色，澄清透明，纯度≥98％；单体≥95％；吸收度≤0．03，均符合要求；免疫电泳呈一条沉淀弧。每kgF－IV沉淀可回收白蛋白约60g。回收白蛋白可耐受57℃50h热稳定试验。
