人羊膜的制备保存及临床应用Preparation,storage and clinical application of human amniotic membrane

摘要(Abstract):
人羊膜(human amniotic membrane,HAM)为附着在胎盘胎儿面的半透明双层薄膜,表面光滑,无血管、神经及淋巴,具有一定的弹性,含有胶原蛋白(collagen)、层黏连蛋白(laminin,LN)、整合素(integrin)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF)、肝细胞生长因子(hepatic growth factor,HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、转化生长因子(Transforming growth factor,TGF)等多种成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗黏连及免疫原性低的生物学特性,是一种天然的生物移植材料。本文就HAM的制备保存方法及其在医学、组织工程等方面的应用作一综述。
