部分国产HCV抗原的质量分析

摘要(Abstract)：
为了改进国产丙型肝炎抗体试剂的质量，在建立第三代国家丙型肝炎抗体试剂参考品时，对国内现有丙型肝炎抗体试剂及试剂用抗原进行研究。用国内外不同试剂检测丙型肝炎CORE，NS3和NS5抗原，结果表明我国对现有丙型肝炎抗体试剂及试剂用抗原应加强研究，尤其应加强对NS3、NSS抗原的研究，使我国成品试剂尽快达到国外第三代丙型肝炎抗体试剂的水平。
